I liked 'em both! But I liked Jiffy just a little bit better.
ReplyDeleteI disagree with her reasoning. She said the Jiffy tasted sweeter... right away it loses. Real, southern cornbread is not sweet like a muffin, it is decidedly CORNY tasting.
ReplyDeleteI love your blog. What a great idea; I hope you keep up with it. As far as cornbread goes, I have never tried Martha White. I usually buy Jiffy or use Alber's corn meal.
